Our Approach
We believe that successful training programmes are the ones that are tailored to you.
An initial questionnaire with an in-person or video consultation follow-up lets us understand your strengths and areas for development and analyses your key targets and events.
Stage 1: Rider and Target Analysis
Using British Cycling approved documentation we analyse and discuss your training history, your cycling experience and what you want to achieve.

We help you determine how much time you have to train and when it suits. We chat this through with you over a good cup of coffee or on a video call, helping to focus your time to best effect to deliver the outcomes you want.
Stage 2: Planning
Based on the rider and target/event analysis and initial consultation, we construct a structured training plan bespoke to you, the time you have available and your goals.

This will break down the annual plan into relevant phases to help you deliver your peak performance.
Stage 3: Training and Monitoring
We monitor and review your training plan and performance based upon globally renowned Training Peaks (TP) software.

Each workout is logged on your TP calendar, along with data you can view anytime from home.
​
Using WKO5 software, we dig deep into your workouts and regularly discuss your progress towards your goals (frequency dependent on the training package selected).
